The fabric, color and cut are beautiful, but the dress is almost completely sheer. It would require a slip dress underneath, which would ruin the lovely, body clinging cut of the dress. (In fairness to L'Agence, the description DOES say that the dress is sheer. However, I didnt realize that its basically like you are naked). Also, the dress is very long for the size, and would likely need to be hemmed, unless you are a giraffe. So, for a very tall person, who is comfortable with the sheer look, this is a great dress. For a short, modest gal like me, its a return.

I couldn’t love this dress more. The burn-in pattern is perfect and the cut is really flattering. The length is adjustable with the shoulder straps so I didn’t need it shortened. I can’t wait to wear it out!
